Product description of Nordic Ware Jubilee Bundt Pan
From castles to flowers: with the various baking molds from Nordic Ware, your cake will be anything but standard. With the Nordic Ware tulip mold Jubilee bundt gold, you can make a tulip cake with a special pattern. The Jubilee bundt tulip mold has a diameter of 24 cm and is ovenproof up to 200 degrees. All Nordic Ware Jubilee Bundt Pan are made of cast aluminum and have a non-stick coating.
Thanks to the high quality and cast aluminum, you can enjoy the Nordic Ware baking molds for a lifetime. Provided you treat the mold well before, during, and after baking, of course. The Nordic Ware baking molds all contain a non-stick coating, but you will still need to grease the mold for the best and tastiest result. There are two ways to do this properly:
- Use a vegetable butter and evenly distribute it over the entire baking mold with a rubber brush, making sure to cover all corners and crevices. Then lightly dust the mold with flour. Shake it well in the mold so that flour is also present in all corners. Did you succeed? Then you can shake off the excess flour from the mold.
- Use a baking spray. But be careful, not every baking spray is suitable. Pay particular attention to the fact that the baking spray is vegetable and does not contain lecithin. Lecithin can eventually leave a sticky layer in the baking mold, causing the non-stick coating to no longer work at all. It is also useful if the baking spray contains flour. It is important to evenly distribute the spray in the mold using a rubber brush.
Once the baking mold is properly greased, you can fill it with the batter, never fill the baking mold more than 2/3 full to prevent leakage. Then it’s time to put your batter-filled baking mold in the oven. The temperature and baking time of the batter will depend on the recipe, so keep an eye on it.
To ensure that your cake comes out of the oven properly, it is best to use a thermometer to check the core temperature. Is your cake ready? Let it cool in the mold for 10 minutes before turning the mold over and sliding the cake out of the mold. Never use iron or metal knives, forks, or spoons to remove
